This is the Fallen Princesses story. The photographer, Dina Goldstein, wrote about how she read the Grimm fairy tales, and how Disney rearranged the them to dispose of the gruesome parts. It seems awfully heartbreaking to imagine the princesses who posed as role models and examplums struggling with addictions, diseases, self-image issues, and mediocre lives.Not to mention that they're amazingly shot. I love the composition and lighting in all of them. My favorite lighting is definately in Cinderella's picture, but my favorite composition is Belle's. What do you think, cool huh?
