Vision

I think I'm going blind, deaf, and dumb.

I hope this will not affect my schoolwork.

Chris Dorosz

This is so cool! This guy captures drops of paint in clear tubes, and then makes pictures from them. Check it out. http://www.chrisdorosz.com/

More Cool Stuff

These pictures are so busy, but I feel like it's in a good way. The only thing that stands out then is the models' faces because their dresses and skin blend in with the background.

Sorry I just posted like a thousand things, but they're cool!

Brock Davis

While I don't really understand what sort of message he's trying to tell, I still think that these pictures are freaking awesome. They say: What if these objects could shatter? I don't get what's so important about it. But it's cool.

What Happened Here?

Makes you rethink that hotel you're staying at, doesn't it?

Reality is Garbage

"Reality is Garbage".  Isn't this the coolest thing you've ever seen?  I'm shocked by the amount of detail in the shadows, especially of the two people drinking and smoking.  Not only does this require extreme technical talent, but it's a genius idea.  A freaking awesome metaphor.

Sleeping Beauties

Fallen Princesses

This is the Fallen Princesses story.  The photographer, Dina Goldstein, wrote about how she read the Grimm fairy tales, and how Disney rearranged the them to dispose of the gruesome parts.  It seems awfully heartbreaking to imagine the princesses who posed as role models and examplums struggling with addictions, diseases, self-image issues, and mediocre lives.

Not to mention that they're amazingly shot. I love the composition and lighting in all of them.  My favorite lighting is definately in Cinderella's picture, but my favorite composition is Belle's. What do you think, cool huh?

Bb

Here's a music project I found online.  People basically did whatever they wanted in the key of Bb and sent it in. Go here and play around. It tells you what to do. All you have to do is play them. Any order, start them any time, choose what you want. I just love it.

Bryan Nash Gill

http://www.ashesandmilk.com/blog/paper/bryan-nash-gill/
I don't really want to say anything about it because I am so dumbfounded. I think it's amazing, by far one of the most innovative things I've seen yet.

Marc Johns

Okay, sorry but these are darn cute. My favorite is "Twelve Badass Mayonnaise Jars" but it wouldn't let me copy it to here. It's twelve little jars with goatees and sunglasses. Ha! His new book is entitled "H is for Holy Crap"

Tara Donovan

This is freaking cool.  There is this woman named Tara Donovan, and she makes sculptures/installations out of the most insanely difficult things.  They always look really spooky and other-worldy and sort ocean-y. And then you look up close, and see what it's made of! Always a shocker! Check it out here!
